Acknowledgement of Country
In the spirit of reconciliation, Powernet acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea, and community. We pay our respect to their elders past and present and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples today.
Our Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion
In 2021 Powernet founded it’s Equality Council, with the mission to bridge the gap and provide a comfortable, inclusive workplace for everyone.
Since then we have achieved a great many things – becoming an accredited breastfeeding-friendly workplace, abolishing the gender pay gap, published a Gender Equality Policy & strategy, becoming a member of the Diversity Council of Australia, optional pronouns in email signatures, introducing a holiday swap program, creating a prayer room, implemented paid parental leave, among many other things.
For our efforts in the D&I space, we were awarded finalists in the ARN Diversity and Inclusion awards in 2021 and 2022.

Our Commitment to The Community
Our Community Program exists to support our community through volunteering and sponsorship opportunities. Powernet currently supports several sports and clubs in which our team members and their families are part of. It is just one way we live through our Family company value.
