What is Onsite IT SUpport?
Onsite IT Support is when a technician work on your IT infrastructure in person, as opposed to remote IT Support.
Your assigned IT experts will collaborate with you at your premises to carry out the required work, typically on hardware and networking, such as:
Hardware setup, diagnostics and replacement. Wi-fi and LAN Networking setup, maintenance and repair. Anything that cannot be resolved remotely.

Know how much time you need each month? Set your hour limit and only pay for that amount month to month.
Plans start at 10 hours per month for $1,700
Fixed Fee SUPPORT
Outsourcing most or all your IT support? Our unlimited agreements will give your business unlimited access to our service desk for a per user, per month cost.
