I look forward to serving a larger team as CEO and working with our new look leadership team to bring our strategy to life. We will continue to focus on being an employer of choice and growing through strategic partnerships, merger and acquisition.”

“It’s exciting times ahead as we look to further strengthen our capabilities and offerings to help our clients achieve more” said Nick Moran, Managing Director at Evolve IT Australia. “Both Powernet and Evolve IT have experienced significant growth over the past few years, including several acquisitions, and the combined entity will allow us to continue to expand our team further over coming months as we bring our teams together.”

Current Powernet CEO Daniel Williams will lead the combined business, with current Evolve IT Australia Managing Director Nick Moran to head up key partnerships and alliances. No decision has been made at this stage regarding the combined entity’s future branding and it is “business as usual” whilst the integration is staged and completed over the coming months.
